ACTIVITIES

EduMar project designs pedagogical resources for Ocean Literacy, together with its target audience.
It encourages individual and collective responsibility and leads to action on behalf of the Ocean.

Actions in schools

Actions for Ocean Literacy and promotion of cooperation conceived by EduMar and adapted to each level of education. These actions, in addition to transmitting knowledge, support the co-creation of games and informed and responsible decision-making about the ocean.

Co-operative games

Games in physical format, co-created with students from different levels of education.
Didactic and challenging games, in a playful way, contribute to the knowledge of the ocean and to the construction of solutions to the problems it faces.

Training and lectures

Training for Ocean Literacy,
for teachers and educational assistants.
Scientific lectures on Marine Litter and Ocean protection.

Awareness through art

Through art, students from partner schools in the EduMar project developed projects and actions to raise Ocean Literacy.

WHERE IT HAPPENED

In partner schools – Externato Cooperativo da Benedita and Colégio Valsassina –
and in other schools where it was implemented and tested.
After the implementation period, actions and games will take place whenever interest or opportunity arises.
